Wiley was newer to the online product scene. They had a few products, but most of them were PDF based or their online experiences were built in the 90's. They felt a large push to modernize once COVID hit and they were no longer able to sell in-person trainings. Our team was given the responsibility of bringing Wiley into the tech scene.

We started with a very small team and our first priority was to create a design system in Figma that reflected the organization's brand and voice. Every healthy design system is constantly being updated, but the below was our first delivered iteration.
